Wedding Location Photo Plan - Booking Form
◎Regarding the deposit
When booking for a location photo plan, the payment of a deposit is necessary (Wedding location photo plan: 33,000yen,indoor photo plan: 5,500yen). Once your booking confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the deposit, to be paid online by credit card. You will pay the rest when you come to the shop.

*If the photo shoot is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or force of nature, we will return the deposit in cash.
*In case that we do not receive your payment or any contacts before due, the location photo plan will be cancelled. Your appointment of kimono rental, on the other hand, will remain as booked. If the appointment is confirmed at 9:00AM, an early morning charge at 1100yen/person will incur once the location photo plan is cancelled.

◎Regarding the deposit refund when a Location Photo Plan is cancelled
The full amount paid by credit card will be refunded for cancellation by 12:00 noon (Japan time) on the day before your appointment. Cancellations made after 12:00 noon or no-shows on the day of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
◎About Photographer Designation
The photographer designation fee is different depending on the photographer. Please see the different designation fees here.
*If the designated photographer is not available for the shoot because of any unforeseen circumstances, another photographer will execute the shoot for you and the designation fee will be returned.
